The Bridgewater HOA is comprised of 5 homeowner volunteers who take positions of President, Secretary, Treasurer and Directors to ensure the community and its assets are maintained and presented in a manner that displays the community standards.
Our Community Park is in a constant state of upgrade to provide a clean and safe environment for the kids and adults who use it. Our Covered seating and BBQ Grill areas provide out of the sun or rain seating or dining or just a quiet hangout.
HOA Projects are a never ending task list. From the two most recent and ongoing projects, Installation of New Park Lighting and Dog Park Fence replacement to maintaining safety and cleanliness on the slides and swing sets and weeding the volleyball pit.
We also provide assistance to the CDD in paying for Pasco County Sheriff to patrol throughout our community to provide additional security.
Our ACC Committee is tasked with providing the service of managing all requests for improvements, alterations and upgrades as required by our covenants. They also maintain color charts, styles and design changes.
